on the high level of customer service that I have experienced with iMotors. During

I just wanted to send a special thank
you to you and your team. I have asked probably eight or nine times, recently, to
adjust the areas from which we pull leads. Most of the other providers just use
a map with a circle. It is nice to customize the areas and make changes throughout
the month. It is always so fast, easy, and hassle-free. Also, it is always nice
not to be pressured if we need to cut back or expand.
At the end of the month, when my GM needs me to turn in the ROI and all reports,
you are always so fast and efficient with the delivery of the invoices. If there
happens to be a bad lead, or someone makes an inquiry by mistake, there is never
a hassle getting a credit.
When we do our reports at the end of every month, we monitor the closing ratios
from every provider. I don't know if it is the demographic and/or search engines
you pull from, but we always do extremely well with iMotors.
It is very difficult to find such friendly and personal service at the level iMotors
provides. Kudos to you and your staff, and we thank you.
